Asking for
With this service we understand ourselves as a mediators between people, who would like to spend their vacation to the Costa Brava, and owners and brokers, who want to let their object. We beg your pardon, that we have to manage a reservation in 2 steps:
Please consider:
- we do not compute you any fees
- also the prices are not changed, this is, what the landlord generally wants for his apartment/house
Step 1: You ask us for availability by the help of a
inquiry-form (click on it), after you selected an object. Your inquiry is examined by the owner and/or broker. We usually answer you within 24, at the latest 48 hours. If the object is still free, you will receive by Mail our OK or OCCUPIED. If it is still free, we will mail you also the documentation for the objekt.
Paso 2: If it is still free, we will mail you a link, with which you can reserve this object for the next two weeks. In this time you will receive the original letting-contract by the owner/broker.
What is the sense of the inquiry?
The inquiry only says, that you are interested in renting this object. With we can ask the owner/broker, wheter the object ist still free. The inquiry is free, we won't charge you anything.
What means reservation?
After a reservation the owner/broker won't let this object to another person the next two weeks. In this time you will receive the documentation of the object by the owner/broker. The reservacion also is without any costs. If you sign the contract with the owner/broker, this is the start of a letting-contract.
Again: We won't charge anything!
